These terms govern your use of the Fazzah website and the services we provide. Using the site means you accept them.
Services
We provide content, design, social management, website development, online stores, and systems and automation. The scope of each project is set out in a written quote agreed before work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Pricing depends on scope and is set out in a quote specific to each project. Anything described on this site is a description of a service, not a binding offer.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins once the order is confirmed and the first instalment is paid.
Your responsibilities as a client
To deliver on time we need the agreed materials and information from you, and approvals within the period stated in the quote. Delay in providing either delays delivery by the same period.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final delivered work passes to you once payment is complete. Source files and internal working tools remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Content you provide
You are responsible for ensuring the materials you give us — images, text, logos — are owned by or licensed to you, and do not infringe any third party's rights.
Changes and cancellation
Any change outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. On cancellation, work completed up to the cancellation date becomes payable.
Limits of liability
We apply professional care to the work, but we do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes — follower counts or sales — because those depend on factors outside our control. Our liability in any case does not exceed the amount paid for the service in dispute.
Third-party services
Some solutions rely on external platforms such as payment gateways or social networks. Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their downtime or policy changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms, effective from the date of publication on this page. Existing agreements remain subject to the terms in force when they were signed.
