Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is the entity named at the foot of this page, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of data:

• Data you send us through a form: your name, mobile number, email (optional), business name, business type, Instagram handle, the service you are asking about, and your message.
• Technical data collected automatically: the page you arrived from, the page you submitted from, the campaign or source that referred you, your device type, language, and browser identifier.

Your IP address — we do not store it

We do not store your IP address. Instead we store a one-way salted SHA-256 hash of it, used only to rate-limit and filter automated submissions. The hash cannot be reversed to your address, and no column in our database holds the address itself.

Why we collect it

We use your data only for the following:

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To contact you about your request, by WhatsApp or email.
• To understand how you found us, so we can keep what works and stop what does not.
• To protect our forms from automated and abusive submissions.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating the site and protecting it from abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site:

• Our hosting and server provider, to store data and run the site.
• The WhatsApp and email notification service, to alert us that your enquiry arrived.
• Analytics and site-protection services, some of which process data outside Saudi Arabia.

Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of the providers above operate servers outside Saudi Arabia, and some technical data may be processed there. Your core data — name, mobile and message — is stored on our own server.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as there is an active or prospective working relationship. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete or anonymise it within twenty-four months of the last contact. IP hashes are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• Know what we hold about you, and request a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time.
• Complain to the competent authority in Saudi Arabia.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: those necessary to run the site and remember your preferences such as language and dark mode, and those used for analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged clearly.

Contacting us about your data

For any request about your data — a copy, a correction, or deletion — message us on WhatsApp or at the email below. We respond within thirty days.
